This privacy notice is for GoZaak Inc., and each of its subsidiaries. It explains how GoZaak Inc. collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains, and shares your information including personal information, that we collect from visitors to Gozaak websites including apps and other products. We greatly appreciate your using Gozaak Inc. and understand the importance of your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to provide customers who use our Websites including apps and other products with tools to help understand and control the collection, use, and sharing of that personal information. It also describes what choices you have in managing your personal information.

Gozaak Inc. only collects the data necessary to provide its services and stores it in the anonymized way in our own self-hosted analytics system. The Privacy Policy applies to our website and mobile app or any other online services that may be hosted by us, such as subscribing to our newsletters, updates, promotions and any other events that we may periodically announce. We strictly follow the law and will provide separate notice if required. However, Gozaak Inc. recommends to periodically review the Privacy Policy in case of any recent updates and practices. The effective date of the latest version of our Privacy Policy will be stated in the end of this Privacy Policy.

Gozaak Inc. reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time. If any revisions are ever made to the Privacy Policy (including the way we collect, share, store or use data), the changes and revised Privacy Policy will be posted immediately and all customers will be notified by the means appropriate, including email notification and prominent post on our Website. Your continued use and access of Gozaak Inc. website and its services shall constitute consent to any amendments to the extend allowed by applicable law.

I. TYPES OF USER INFORMATION WE COLLECT

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy we will be using the term “personal information”, which implies information that relates, identifies, references and is capable of being associated with or linked directly or indirectly with particular customer and/or device. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on our website, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the services, or otherwise when you contact us. When you visit, use, or navigate our services, we may also process personal information depending on how you interact with Gozaak Inc. and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information may include all information when the user registers on the website or interacts with it, uses Gozaak Inc. to book events and venues, and Gozaak Inc. had developed an online marketplace software which facilitates the booking between third parties and facilities.

When necessary, with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, we collect and process the following categories of your personal information.

User information: The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. We collect the following categories of your personal information but not limited to the following:

First and last names, zip code, government id, phone number, email address, mailing address, uploaded content, other identity verification information, usernames, passwords, contact preferences, contact or authentication data, debit/credit card numbers, job titles, billing address, transaction history, and vendor information and their collected data.

User interactions: Gozaak Inc. collects information on how users react to the website, services and other products we provide and also how users interact between each other and third parties to improve customer experience on our platform. Gozaak Inc. may also collect customer feedback through surveys, promotions, limited events, communications with customer care team, and newsletters to ensure a “user friendly space” and provide the most relevant products tailored to your preferences and to resolve any possible issues on our platform.

Space information: Every space listed on Gozaak Inc. will be marked as unique and will receive its unique Identification Number (ID). When listing your space on Gozaak Inc. as a Host you agree to make certain information visible to other users in order to facilitate the bookings. Information that may be disclosed but not limited to the following: your profile page on Gozaak Inc., Space ID, space’s approximate or exact address for the final booking, space description, utility description, local area description, calendar information, Wifi information, reviews, transaction history, tax/business identification numbers, communication between the Host and the Guest public content shared by other users on blogs or social media.

Booking Information: Gozaak Inc. collects information about your booking history and other booking information required to fulfill booking requests. Each booking will have its unique Booking ID that includes the following information but not limited to: the dates of the booking, booking details, guest and pet count, guest requests (e.g. diet restrictions, check in/out times, booking requirements and etc.), pricing, taxes, cleaning fees (if applicable), communication between the Host and the Guest.

All personal information that you provide to us must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Please notify us of any changes to such personal information because it is our duty to ensure your personal information is up to date.

Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your government issued ID, billing information and payment instrument number (such as a credit card/debit number, bank account information, etc.), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by Stripe and Paypal, which both use the highest security levels to process your payments. You may find their privacy notice link(s) here: Stripe: and/or PayPal. To process any information GoZaak Inc. uses SSL for the encryption of any data sent through the Internet and over to our servers. Our encryption strategy will protect the data in transit while keeping our system up to date, resilient and secure from cyber attacks. The data will be accessible only to approved parties. We will continue using authentication and encryption tools to ensure your safety. Although security of our users and our platform is our top priority, our devices and Internet remain vulnerable to the possibility of serious security and cyber harm. GoZaak Inc. will do its best to protect and secure your data, but does not guarantee that your information will not be disclosed or accessed due to high cyber security risks.

Social Logins: Our services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Google logins). Whether you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider you are using, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, age, as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform. Social Logins are a quick and easy process to identify the user. We provide you with the option to register on Gozaak Inc. with the use of your existing Social Media or Gmail account details, such as your Facebook or Google accounts. When registering, a user enters Gozaak Inc.’s applications and selects the desired network provider. A login request is then being sent to the social network provider. Once the social network provider confirms the user's identity and gives Gozaak Inc. access to their data, a current user will get access to the Gozaak Inc. application. We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

Platform activity information: We aim to improve and develop Gozaak Inc. platform in order to personalize and tailor your future experiences based on the content you browse, listings search, booking history, inquiry history, interactions with other users, communications with the customer service team, reviews, profile information and preferences and other relevant information that you may submit.

Information automatically collected: Some information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device characteristics, device name, usage information, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, links you click,country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information is collected automatically when you visit, use or navigate our Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) and is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies.

Log and Usage Data: Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our services and which we record in log files. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.

Location Data. We collect location data such as information about your device's geo-location, which can be either precise or imprecise with your consent. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services. For example, we may use GPS and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location (based on your IP address). You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. For example, cookies may enable us to remember your viewing reference without requiring you to re-type your username and password. However, you may have some trouble accessing or using some of the pages and services on Gozaak Inc. and our features that are currently available or may be added in the future. (ii) Web Beacons and Server Logs. We may use Web Beacons to collect your information. Web beacon is an electronic file on a web page that allows us to count and recognize users who have visited that page. Web beacons can also be used in HTML-formatted email to determine responses to our communications and measure their effectiveness. You can avoid web beacons in the emails by turning off HTML display feature. We may also use Web Server logs to record your browser information, such as IP address and the cookies set on your web browser by the server.

Other data: We may be collecting information from your audio calls (such as voice recordings) with our customer support team or through the advertising channels, such as Google ads. We may also collect any additional information that you chose to provide on our platform, such information regarding event hosting, facility bookings, personal portfolio if listed, hobbies, availability, career types, and any other information provided.

Employment history and background check: If we notice any fraudulent and unlawful activity on Gozaak Inc., and determine in our sole judgment that there's a need for a background check to ensure the safety of other users and the safety of Gozaak Inc., we may conduct one. We may also collect any information provided by the user while making a job request at Gozaak Inc.. Some of the information may include but not limited to resume, background check, employment history, work availability, criminal records, references, drug test results, social security number, credit report and other information.

Information from third parties We may receive information from public databases, joint marketing partners, affiliate programs, social media platforms, data providers, third parties and other outside sources. We will also collect marketing information in order to enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing offers, customized experience, and services to you, such as: behavioral or demographic attributes of consumers, advertisement clicked, website browsing history, transactional data based on your purchase behavior and browsing history with Gozaak Inc.; information about how the Gozaak Inc. platform was accessed (including mobile app, browser, electronic device and etc.) date, time and location of consumer activity, surveys or marketing questionnaires, and data from publicly available sources. This information may also include but not limited to mailing addresses, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, intent data (or user behavior data), Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, social media profiles, social media URLs, and custom profiles, for purposes of targeted advertising and event promotion. If you interact with us on a social media platform using your social media account (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Twitter), we receive personal information about you such as your name, profile image, email address, and gender. Any personal information that we collect from your social media account depends on your social media account's privacy settings.

GoZaak Inc. holds the right to suspend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) at our sole judgment your permission to use the Gozaak Inc. platform or the Gozaak Inc. App without any prior notice. If you breach any provision of this privacy policy, or are no longer using the Gozaak Inc. app for the purposes permitted in this privacy policy, you may no longer use the app. By using Gozaak Inc. website you acknowledge and agree that the Internet is never a completely safe and private space, although Gozaak Inc.’s security team does everything it can to protect the sensitive information and privacy of each and every user. II. PROCESS AND USE OF INFORMATION:

Gozaak Inc. collects and processes consumer information to provide Gozaak Inc. visitors with the most relevant products, services, offers and experience on our platform. We process your personal information for the following purposes with your consent:

To communicate with you by answering all inquiries, questions, and concerns submitted to our customer support team;
To develop our relationship with you and provide you with the best customer service experience;

To facilitate payments between parties;
To send you our most recent marketing communications, offers, notifications, account updates, service and product updates, legal updates, privacy notice updates, and any other information subject to your consent if required by your country of residence;
Improve Gozaak Inc.’s products and services and enhance your experience on our platform while developing new products and services;

We require third-parties to use your personal information in a safe and secure manner and only for the purposes of performing their contractual obligations for us.We may share your information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (such as Google Maps API, Places API). Law Enforcement. We may share your information with governmental entities and other legal bodies as required by law, as we believe is necessary to exercise our legal rights to defend against legal claims or payment related claims, or to defend against possible legal claims that we determine in sole judgment. We may report to law enforcement agencies what we consider reasonably unlawful or what may aid a law enforcement investigation into unlawful activity. We may also report all information to the extent required by a valid court order or other government institution. This may include sharing your information with governmental entities in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes. Furthermore, Gozaak Inc. reserves the right to release your personal information to law enforcement agencies if we determine, in sole discretion, that you have violated our policies and we notice any fraudulent or illegal activity on your behalf against Gozaak Inc. We reserve the right to release your information in order to protect the safety of Gozaak Inc., including our property and rights, our employees, our registered users and platform visitors.

Marketing/Advertisers. We may share your personal information to our third-party marketing service partners for executing online and offline marketing campaigns. They might access your personal data to research and analyze consumer behavior, prepare and distribute communications and respond to customer inquiries. Finally, they might help create and maintain our client database. Gozaak might also participate in behavioral-based advertising where the third party may use technology, such as cookie, web beacon or web server logs to identify your behavior on the Website and in the future provide products and services tailored to your browsing and transaction history and interest.

Social Networking. We may allow Gozaak clients and visitors to share their experiences on online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Google, Online Blogs, etc. If you choose to share comments, make permanent posts, temporary stories, testimonials, online postings and blogs about your personal experience with Gozaak Inc., please be aware that the information you submit may be available generally to the public. IV. RETENTION POLICY:

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes discussed in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). Gozaak Inc.’s legal obligations enforce and protect our legal rights, for as long as required or permitted by applicable law. To keep this information safe we use reasonable manners to protect it from unauthorized access.

V. SECURITY OF INFORMATION:

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical, physical and organizational security measures in order to protect the security of any personal information we process. We restrict the use of information with our associates and employees by providing them limited access to necessary data only in order for them to fulfill their job requirements. VII. CHILDREN’S POLICY

Gozaak Inc. is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are under the age of 16, do not use our services or provide any personal information about yourself without the consent of your parent or legal guardian. Gozaak Inc. does not intentionally collect personal information from users under the age of 16 (other than personal information required to complete the booking transaction) and does not knowingly customize any marketing efforts to children under the age of 16. If our website, or any third-party services collect unwillingly any personal information provided by a child under the age of 16 and Gozaak Inc. discovers that, such information will be destroyed in the immediate manner. Gozaak Inc. also encourages parents to monitor their children’s online activity to ensure that the Internet is used in a healthy, safe and productive way. Gozaak Inc.’s Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites which may be accessible through links from our website. VIII. REVIEW/CHANGE/DELETION

Gozaak Inc. will keep your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required (such as accounting, tax or legal purposes). Once Gozaak Inc. has no more legitimate business reason to process or use your personal information, we will depersonalize it and securely store it in our backup archives to isolate it from any further processing. Withdrawing your consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to fulfill your booking requirements, to send your account notifications, to facilitate communications between parties and/or our customer support team, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

II. Account Information: If you would like to review or make changes to the information in your account, or terminate your account, you can do so at any time. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any ongoing investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

III. Cookies/Similar technologies: Cookies and other similar technologies get stored on your computer's harddrive when you use most web browsers, because they are set to accept cookies by default. If you would like, you can choose to set your browser to reject and/or to remove those cookies. However, if you choose such option, that could affect certain features or services of Gozaak Inc. web or app application, and you many be not able to use all the functions and features as intended, If you would like to opt out of interest-based advertising on Gozzak Inc. and its services, you can do so. i. We may update this privacy notice from time to time as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. iii. Third Party Links/Websites: Gozaak Inc. may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us ("Third Party Sites”). Gozaak Inc. does not advertise any services or products from third party websites, and is not responsible or liable for their privacy policy content. X. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS RIGHTS
